How the Process of Pencil Portraits Work

2. On receipt of your photo I will check proof it to make sure I can work from it. 

I will email you to confirm order and request 20% non-refundable deposit if not already paid

 

3. I will proceed to draw your pencil portrait drawing as soon as I receive confirmation

of the 20% payment from Paypal

 

4. On completion of your portrait I will send you an image of your portrait

via email for you to review and approve

 

5. On receipt of your approval I will request balancing payment

 

6. When I receive confirmation of your payment from Paypal I will post

your completed portrait to you via Royal Mail 1st class

 

I occasionally display portraits that I have done for customers on my website and this is

purely to show other people the quality of my work, if you find that your portrait is displayed on

my website and this concerns you, and or you are displeased with this please tell me and I will remove.
